Administrative Director: Amanda Ayoola
B.A. Business Science with Accounting
I am originally from England and moved to Columbia in 2006 with my three children to be closer to family and have thoroughly enjoyed the transition. Columbia is a beautiful city and community.
I joined Cradlerock Children’s Center in 2006 as an Aide first before becoming the Administrative Director. Most of my previous working experience has been with high school and college age and therefore working with pre-schoolers has been both educational and rewarding for me.
Most of all I enjoy working with, building, and maintaining relationships with families. I enjoy the challenges of child care administration and the building of bridges between families and teachers in the care of their children.
Every year begins a new chapter in my work at Cradlerock Children’s Center. I look forward to many more

The Chipmunks( Older Two and Three Year Old Classroom Not Potty Trained)
Senior Staff Teacher: Danielle Daughton
I have been working in child care as a professional for 11 years, but I have been a part of the field since I was a kid! I volunteered at numerous places and cared for family and friend’s children. Taking care of people is what I do, so this isn’t really a job to me. Of course, the job pays my bills, but I do it because I love children. I am currently working on my criminal justice degree with hopes of owning and operating a group home for disadvantaged children in the future. I am the mother of a 13 year old son. My son is my heart and my world revolves around him in my free time. I am a football mom and a chauffeur to him and his friends! I love to read and spend time with my family.
